Jordin Breaud (co-owner of Wellsprings)
LMT, NASM-CPT, CNC, CES, PES, BCS, Mat Pilates instructor, Weight loss specialist
My interest in wellness was initially created through my own health struggles, and through this crazy journey, I have found what I am most passionate about - offering others support through ALL stages of life, and helping them heal naturally! My approach is one that views the body as a whole, and supports your body's innate ability to heal. It is difficult to navigate the path to wellness when our environment is filled with hyper-palatable foods, technology to do our jobs, marketing myths/tactics, and increasing stress throughout life. There should never be a "one size fits all" approach. Through movement, nutrition, manual therapies, stress management, pain management, and more, I hope to be a pillar of support and a source of empowerment. Seeing clients make progress, and celebrating what their bodies are capable of is amazing to witness. It serves as a reminder that we aren't here to suffer, and that change is possible! I hear often from my clients how frustrated they are when it comes to healing in our western world, and I want to say I HEAR you! A huge part of my mission is to utilize natural methods that work WITH your body, not against it. Our bodies are truly made to heal - we just need to give it the right tools. I want to thank my current clients for allowing me to be a part of your healing journey, and I hope to meet so many more of you in the future!
Stay well,
Jordin

Jennifer Guiles (co-owner of Wellsprings)
LMT, BCTMB, Pilates Instructor
What brought me to the massage table and the Pilates reformer was my own chronic pain journey. At a young age I began suffering from low back pain and migraine headaches. Massage was the only relief I could find without taking a lot of pharmaceuticals. I wanted to find a natural, holistic way to minimize my pain. Later, after the birth of my children, I began to have pelvic floor issues leading to more back pain, hip pain, knee pain and injury, and shoulder pain and injury. I needed answers. I needed relief.
A friend invited me to try a Pilates Reformer class. Due to a previous disc tear, I was hesitant to say the least. I wanted movement in my life but was terrified of further injury . After my first class, I was amazed at how functional whole-body movement, mobility, and learning to move in proper alignment, helped me feel better. After my fourth class, the chronic back pain I had lived with was completely gone!
I know many of you are in the same boat; tired of hurting, feeling hopeless, and wanting desperately to get back to quality of life. Massage and Pilates have changed my life and can change yours too! I no longer suffer with chronic pain and have learned to heal my body with massage, manual therapies, proper alignment, stability work, and joint mobility. I have been honored to work with some amazing people over the years, who also suffered from chronic pain, sports injuries, vehicle injuries, pre and post operative procedures, various autoimmune diseases, and neuromuscular disorders. I would love to see what I can do to help you. Getting to the root of your pain is my top priority. I'm passionate about massage, Pilates, and finding healing for the mind, body, and spirit.
Don't hesitate to reach out with questions! I'm looking forward to helping you achieve your goals!
Stay well,
Jen G
Meet the team

Emily Osborn, LMT
“Following my intuition of helping people connect with their health and bodies, I chose to pursue becoming a Massage Therapist. I graduated from Healthworks Institute in 2017 and became a Licensed Massage Therapist, working for the past 8 years in private practice before moving back home, just north of Great Falls where I was raised working on my family's wheat farm.
I have developed a deep understanding of anatomy and functional movement and expanded my skills to include Myofascial Release, deep tissue techniques, orthopedic massage, and sports massage. My practice is built on the belief that true healing encompasses both the body and the mind and I approach each session with the intention of addressing the muscle and fascial dysfunctions that can cause pain and imbalance while working with the nervous system to allow the body to heal.
I’m excited to be part of your journey while we work together towards your movement goals.

"After 15 years as a registered nurse, I felt drawn to explore another way of helping people heal. I currently continue my work in nursing while also beginning my journey as a massage therapist.
My passion for massage grew from my own experience seeking relief from stress and burnout. Discovering the powerful benefits of massage inspired me to pursue this work so I could help others find the same sense of relaxation, restoration, and care.
With a background in healthcare and a heart for helping others, I strive to create a calm, supportive space where clients can relax, relieve tension, and reconnect with their bodies.
My goal is to help each client leave feeling relaxed, restored, and supported in their overall wellness."

Dr. Steve Herting graduated in 2018 from Life Chiropractic College West. He practiced under the mentorship of his father for about a year before moving to Montana where he has truly found his home. He partnered up with Dr. Terri Hamilton who has been another amazing mentor over the last few years. With her guidance, he has really refined his skills and patient care.
Dr. Steve specializes in the Activator and Impulse methods of chiropractic. These are techniques that involve specialized instruments to gently correct misalignment of spinal bones. These instruments are lower force than the traditional manipulation style of chiropractic care that has been around for a little over a century. There is no twisting and cracking of joints involved in these type of treatments. Dr. Steve finds that this style of treatment is more specific and easier on both the patient and the chiropractor during the adjustment. He feels that his purpose is to allow people who are nervous about having their body worked on; get the opportunity to experience all that chiropractic can offer them.
